com is looking for an office assistant to join our product development team! Our product development department is busily communicating with factories and reviewing new Halloween costumes and clothing samples to bring exciting new products to our customers.
They need your help with things like organizing newly arrived samples, measuring and photographing samples, prepping samples to send to our photo studio and other tasks as they arise!If you are an organized person who is interested in helping our team and learning more about our processes so you can help contribute to our success, we'd love for you to apply! You'd become an essential member of our team assisting the product developers with organization and communication that would help us keep moving quickly to make our next amazing costume offerings! No previous experience is required, we're ready to train you in all essential tasks to succeed in this role.
Love of costumes, fashion and/or pop culture are definite plusses!Pay Range:
$17.
50 until October 31st due to peak season$15.
25 starting November 1st post peak seasonResponsibilities Unpack newly arrived sample costumes and clothing, organize, and notify developers of new arrivals Prep samples for being transferred to photography department Data entry:
Enter new projects into our admin system, prep submissions for licensing team, update tracking sheets, other similar tasks as assigned Measure samples against size specifications and enter measurements into fit checks for developers Photograph samples on mannequins and upload photos to admin system Assist with general office organization Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience with Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word and Excel) Strong organization High attention to detail Desire to learn about costume/apparel development process This is a temporary position with flex/as needed hours.
